We collect information about you for 2 reasons: to process your recommendations or order and to provide you with the best possible service. We strive to adhere to all conditions and practices set by the law, and we will do our best to prevent e-mail messages reaching you in the future if you have requested that we stop them. We do not under any circumstances pass on your contact details to any other organisations unless it is part of a customer service enquiry and involves sending contact details to a 3rd party. The type of information we can collect about you can include personal medical data. We do not collect your credit card details. We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and the information we have will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we have about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies please let us know and we will delete or correct it for you.

We also use cookies on our website. A cookie remembers you when you've visited our site (much like a shopkeeper will remember your face when you return). It then sends this info to your computer (although you can choose for your computer not to accept cookies). When you re-visit our web site, the web server reads the cookie stored on your computer and this enables our site to recognise you. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
